    Robert has over 28 years of Military, Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, Emergency Medical Care, and Tactical Response expertise.

    College Degrees in Emergency Management and Criminal Justice.

    Robert is currently active in all aspects of Emergency Services prior Chief Officer within the Fire Service.

    Current Law Enforcement Officer serving in a Senior Leadership position as a Division Commander and a Senior Enlisted Advisor in the United States Army Reserves.

    Robert is a nationally accredited Instructor and holds advance certifications in WMD/CBRNE, Tactical Operations, Fire & Rescue concepts, Emergency Medical Care, Weapon Systems, Anti-Terrorism, Physical Security - Force Protection, Incident Command, Public Order Policing and Law Enforcement Operations

    David has both Military and Law Enforcement expertise with an enhanced background in Personnel Protection and Force Protection Operations. Served as the Executive Officer and Deputy Provost Marshal at a critical NATO Military installation. In this role, he also coordinated and maintained as a critical liaison with civilians/host nation Law Enforcement agencies. David was directly responsible for the quality of Military Police support provided to NATO Military locations.

    Served as the ranking advisor for all Law Enforcement aspects and chief advisor to the Department of Emergency Services Directorate, and IMCOM

    Prior to his role, he served as Platoon Leader of a Military Police Company in New York. Prior to assuming platoon leadership, he was a Battalion Staff Officer for a Military Police Battalion located on Long Island, New York.

    He commissioned as an Officer in the United States Army Reserves graduating from Direct Commissioned Course and Military Police Basic Officer Leaders Course. Prior to commissioning, he earned his Master of Arts in Crisis and Trauma Responses from Liberty University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Liberty University. Along with his education, he has a published article at the Journal of Nerval and Mental Diseases.
